Who we serve
One physician to oversee a complex medical history
You may be managing several conditions, a long medication list and a number of specialists. What helps most is one physician with the time to review every diagnosis and every medication together. That is what this practice is built to do.
Most people in this position have spent years as the only one tracking their own diagnoses, medications and appointments. Here that becomes your physician's job.

Sound familiar?
What usually brings someone to us
You are the one repeating your history at every appointment
Four specialists, four partial views, and you carrying the history between them.
The medication list has grown over the years
Medicines get added over time and rarely come off. It is worth going through the whole list and checking what each one is still doing.
One problem per visit
You bring one problem per visit because that is what fits, so the other five wait, sometimes for years.
The diagnosis has never been explained in plain language
It has been explained more than once, but never with enough time for it to stick. Asking again feels like admitting something.
What we do about it
What changes when we are your practice
One long visit that covers your history and your medications
We go through your entire history and your entire medication list together, and we explain it until it is clear to you.
We become the center of your care
Keep the specialists you like. Making sure their plans agree with each other and with ours is our job, and so is sending your records.
Clear answers in plain language
If you could not explain your own diagnosis to your family afterward, we have not finished.
A written plan you can keep
What we found, what we are doing, what happens next, and when. Complex care is where a plan in your hand matters most.
Our office follows up on referrals and results
Our office follows up on referrals, results and prior authorizations, so they do not land on your to-do list.
Where we are not the answer
We are not a substitute for the specialists who manage the specific conditions, and we are not a pain clinic. We prescribe pain medication in the context of whole-person care, but we do not run chronic pain contracts or standalone pain management.
Questions
What people ask
Do I have to leave my specialists?
No, and we would usually tell you not to. We keep your specialists and make sure their plans agree with each other and with ours.
Can you manage several chronic conditions at once?
Yes. That is the normal case here. Cardiovascular and metabolic disease, kidney and lung disease, thyroid and bone, digestive and musculoskeletal, neurologic, and autoimmune conditions in co-management with specialty.
Will you review my medications?
Yes, all of them, including the supplements. That review is one of the more useful things that happens in the first few visits.
I have been told my symptoms are nothing. Will you take them seriously?
Yes. Sometimes the answer is that a symptom is benign. You should still hear why, in language that makes sense to you.
