Our approach

What you get from Naples Concierge Health

You deserve clear answers about your health, a comprehensive plan to improve it, and a practice with the skill and heart to get you where you want to be.

Direct access to your physician is where concierge medicine starts. At Naples Concierge Health, we also follow through after every call and visit: we arrange the referrals, track down the results and contact you when follow-up is due.

What that means

Clear answers, a comprehensive plan, follow-through and your own goals

You will see each of these commitments in your own care.

01

Clear answers

An answer you can understand.

Do you understand the how's, whys, and what's of your care? Has anyone taken the time to understand you and explain your care plan? Most people have never had it explained with enough time to make sense of it. We go through it with you until the explanation is clear.

02

A comprehensive plan

Written down, and sent to you.

What we found, what we are doing about it, and what happens next. A document you can keep and measure your progress against, rather than something to recall from memory later.

03

Skill and heart

We follow through on the details.

Your physician calls afterward to ask whether the head cold has cleared. When you are due for follow-up, we contact you rather than waiting for you to book it. And when something difficult is happening in your life, we are aware of it.

04

Where you want to be

Built around the goal you choose.

Whether it is your grandchild's graduation or keeping your own independence, your plan starts there rather than from a template. There are no supplements sold alongside it. If you are not making progress, we revise the plan.

Medicine and wellness

Your physician handles the medicine and the lifestyle

Lifestyle medicine is part of the visit here, not a separate appointment with a separate practitioner.

Whichever physician you see at Naples Concierge Health goes through your supplements, your eating, your movement and your sleep with you. That same physician knows your labs, your history and your medication list.

Dietary advice is most useful when the person giving it is also managing your kidney function, your statin and the thyroid result that was borderline last spring.

We have no separate commercial interest in your care. There is no supplement line and no protocol we need you on. If you do not need the thing you asked about, we will tell you so.

Once you are a member

The Continuous Copilot Process

This is what we call the way care runs after you join. We investigate, we put a plan in place, and then we review whether it is working.

01

Investigate

We collect your history, your labs, your imaging, and advanced testing where it will change something. You are not asked to remember all of that or carry it between offices.

02

Implement

The office coordinates the consultants, the diagnostics, the paperwork and the prescriptions. We work through the plan alongside you rather than handing you a list.

03

Reflect

Are we meeting your goals? What is getting in the way? Have your goals changed? Then the plan changes with them, and the cycle runs again.

In practice

What this looks like in a normal week

What members tell us they notice.

You text your physician directly

Many questions do not need an appointment. They need the person who knows your history to read two sentences and answer them.

We call before you have to

When you are due for follow-up, we call you rather than waiting for you to book it. If we cannot reach you we keep trying, and your physician will call you personally.

Our office follows up on the loose ends

The referral, the record, the prior authorization, the outstanding result. If an item is in your plan, closing it out is our job.

The plan is written down

What we found, what we are doing, what happens next. You get it in writing, so you can measure your own progress against it.

Questions

What people ask about how we practice

How is this different from having a good primary care doctor?

Time and follow-through. The medicine practiced elsewhere may be excellent; what a small panel buys is room for the follow-up. Our panel is small by design. Visits are long enough to go through what you came in with, and the office has time to follow up on what happens afterward.

How is this different from the other concierge practices here?

Two things set us apart. The same physician oversees your medicine and your lifestyle, and this office carries out the plan rather than handing it to you as homework.

Do I have to change how I do things?

No. Some members want a detailed plan and close accountability. Others want a physician who is there when they need one and otherwise stays out of the way. Either is welcome, and the plan is built around the goal you choose.

What if I already have specialists I like?

Keep them. Our job is to be the center of your care. We make sure their plan and ours agree and that everyone is working from the same information, so you are not the one relaying decisions between offices.

A short conversation with our member liaison about the care you have now: who follows up, who keeps your care coordinated, and where the gaps are. We will tell you if there are no gaps.
