A large share of our members are seasonal, and we built the practice around that. We send your records for you, and you can reach your physician from anywhere. When you are in town, even for a single day, we make room.
The usual seasonal arrangement is two practices that do not speak to each other, so you are the one passing information between them. That is the part we fix.

What usually brings someone to us
Two doctors, and neither has your whole chart
One up north, one here, and a set of records that has to travel with you. You end up repeating your own history at every visit.
The urgent care in the wrong city
Something happens while you are traveling, you end up in front of a stranger with no history, and by the time your records arrive you have already been discharged.
In town briefly and nothing is available
You need one appointment inside a narrow window, and the answer is the first week of next month.

Records requested and transferred for you
We request your records and send them wherever you are, while you still need them.
We call the doctor treating you
If you need care in another city, we help you find it. Then we call the physician treating you, so they do not have to start without your history.
In town for one day? We make room
Short windows are the normal case for our members, and the schedule is built with that in mind.
Virtual visits wherever you are
Established members can be seen by video from anywhere, including while traveling.

Where you are going, what the actual risks are there, and what you should have with you before you leave.
Where we are not the answer
We cannot be your only physician if you spend most of the year somewhere else and want in-person primary care there too. We can be the practice that keeps your whole chart and coordinates with whoever sees you locally.

What people ask
Can you be my primary doctor if I am only here five months a year?
Yes, and for many of our members that is exactly the arrangement. We keep the complete record and coordinate with anyone who sees you elsewhere.
What happens if I get sick up north?
Call us. We will help you find care where you are, send your records, and talk directly to the physician treating you.
Can you prescribe for me while I am out of state?
It depends on where you are. Licensing rules differ by state and by country, and we will be clear with you about what we can and cannot do from here. We can always talk it through with you and call the physician who is treating you.
Do you do travel medicine?
Yes, pre-travel consultation with risk assessment for your specific destination, and travel-appropriate preventive medication and vaccination.
