Membership

What membership includes, and what it does not

One annual membership covers your care with us. It includes direct access to your physician, visits long enough to get through what you came in with, records sent for you, hospital visits and in-office testing. Your primary doctor also provides your nutrition and lifestyle counseling. Optional membership tiers add home blood draws, and metabolic testing with a local testing partner. Our member liaison will walk you through the options.

Membership is not insurance and does not replace it. You keep your coverage for hospitalization, specialists, imaging, labs and medication.

What it costs

One annual fee, and no per-visit billing

Membership is a single annual fee. There is no charge per visit, per phone call or per message. Our member liaison will tell you the fee on the first call.

It does not replace insurance. You keep coverage for hospitalization, specialists, imaging, labs and medication.

How it works

How do you become a member?

Becoming a member starts with an evaluation of the care you already have.

01

Book a call with our member liaison

On a call scheduled around you, we will walk through the care you have today: who follows up, who keeps it coordinated, and where the gaps are.

02

We show you what we would do differently

The specific elements we would take on, and an honest answer if your current care already covers them.

03

Meet the physician

A conversation rather than an appointment, with a physician who already understands why you contacted us.

04

Decide

If this feels like a good fit, we enroll you and schedule your first visit. If not, you will still leave knowing what to ask your current practice for.

Questions

What people ask before joining

What makes you different from the other concierge practices here?

Two things. One physician oversees both your medical care and your lifestyle care, so the two are weighed together rather than in separate appointments with separate practitioners. And we follow through: a written plan sent to you, a call when you are due for review, and the practice tracking every outstanding item.

What if I already have a concierge doctor?

A considerable number of the people who contact us already do. Paying for concierge care while still coordinating it yourself is the most common reason someone reaches out. Begin with an honest conversation about the care you are receiving now.

What if I am only in Naples part of the year?

Seasonal residents represent a substantial share of the practice, and the model is designed for them. Your records travel with you, and you can reach us from anywhere. If something happens while you are away, we will arrange care locally and speak directly with the physician treating you. When you return to Naples, even for a single day, we will accommodate you.

Do you see children?

We accept patients from age six, once the pediatric vaccination series is complete, so most families can use a single practice for everyone. That includes well-child visits, school and sports physicals, and physician documentation.

Do you take insurance?

Members typically retain their insurance for hospitalization, specialist care, imaging, laboratory work and medications. The membership itself is not billed to insurance.

How fast can I be seen?

Same-day and next-day appointments are routine. Many questions do not need an appointment at all, because you can message your physician directly.

Can my adult children be involved in my care?

Yes, with your consent and as much as you want. We keep a record of who to contact, by what method, and about what, so when something happens, nobody is guessing.

What happens if I need a specialist?

We make the referral, send your records, and stay involved. You are not handed a name and left to coordinate it yourself, and if the specialist's plan and ours need reconciling, we handle that.

What if I get sick while traveling?

Call us. We will help you find care where you are, send your records, and talk directly to the physician treating you so they are not starting from zero. We also do pre-travel consultations with risk assessment for where you are going.

Do you do house calls?

No. We offer virtual and phone visits instead, and we visit you in the hospital if you are admitted. Home blood draws come with an optional membership tier. Metabolic testing is also available through an optional tier, and we arrange it with a local testing partner, so it is done there rather than at your home.

Do you prescribe GLP-1s, peptides, or hormone therapy?

We help you decide whether a therapy is right for you, and we have no products to sell. Bring us what you have been reading and we will go through the evidence and your own medical picture with you. Where a therapy is appropriate we prescribe and manage it, with the follow-up that makes it safe.
