Who we serve

Executive health that stops being one more thing to manage

We take on your health management so nothing falls through the cracks. You text one number, and the appointment happens when it suits you. This office handles the coordinating, follow-up and scheduling, so you and your assistant do not have to.

Most people in this position are not neglecting their health out of indifference. They are neglecting it because the friction is higher than the perceived urgency.

Sound familiar?

What usually brings someone to us

The physical you keep moving

The annual physical has been rescheduled three times. It matters, but a routine visit is the first thing to move when the calendar fills up.

Urgent care handles whatever comes up

Urgent care is convenient, so you keep going back. But each visit stands on its own, and nothing carries forward to the next one.

Your assistant is your care coordinator

That arrangement is not private. It also does not work well, because the person booking the appointment does not know what was decided at the last one.

You know your numbers are drifting

Weight, blood pressure, sleep and drinking are not a crisis yet. This is the window where acting is easiest and least disruptive.

What we do about it

What changes when we are your practice

01

You text your physician directly

Most questions never need an appointment at all. A short message to the physician who knows your history resolves more than people expect.

02

Appointments that fit a real calendar

Same-day and next-day are normal, early and late slots exist, and being in town for one day is not a scheduling problem.

03

One long visit instead of four short ones

Your visits and your annual covered in a single sitting, so your health takes one block of time rather than recurring interruptions.

04

We handle the coordination

This office follows up on referrals, records, prior authorizations and outstanding results for you.

05

Care that travels

Virtual visits from anywhere, pre-travel planning, and a physician who will speak to whoever is treating you in another city.

06

Testing worth the hour

Advanced cardiac and lipid panels and genetic testing where it changes a decision, with metabolic and VO2 max testing through an optional membership tier. Done properly and explained.

In more detail

How this works

Why friction gets in the way more than motivation does

People who run companies are not generally bad at doing difficult things. What gets in the way is that standard care is built around the system's convenience rather than theirs. There is a wait for an appointment, a portal message answered by whoever is covering, a referral you have to book yourself, and a result posted with no explanation.

Each of those is a small friction. Together they are enough that a routine visit loses to almost anything else on a calendar. The fix is not more discipline. A small panel and direct access to your physician exist to remove that friction.

The practical test is simple: how long between deciding you should get something looked at and it being looked at? At this practice it is usually the same day, and often it is a text message.

What an executive-focused annual covers

It starts with a comprehensive history and examination, with time to go through sleep, stress, alcohol, travel load and how you are doing. Those are the things that drive most of the risk at this stage of life, and they are what we spend the time on.

We run standard bloodwork, advanced cardiovascular and lipid testing where family history or the numbers warrant it, and an EKG in our office. Metabolic and VO2 max testing come with an optional membership tier and can inform what you do next.

Then a written plan: what we found, what it means, what we are doing about it, and when we will check. A short document you can act on and measure yourself against.

Privacy, and why this matters more at this level

Your health information stays between you and your physicians. It is not routed through an assistant, and nothing goes to anyone else without your explicit say-so.

You can name someone to be kept informed, a spouse most often, and specify exactly what they should be told and when. That is your decision, and we put it in writing.

Where we are not the answer

We are not an executive-physical program. A single annual day of scanning with a report to take away is a different service. We are your ongoing primary care practice, and the value is in the months between the physicals.

Questions

What people ask

Do you offer executive physicals?

We do comprehensive annual visits with advanced testing, but as part of an ongoing relationship rather than as a one-off product.

Can my assistant coordinate with your office?

For scheduling and logistics, yes, with your authorization. Anything clinical comes to you directly. Your health information is not routed through your staff.

I travel constantly. Does this still work?

It works better, not worse. Virtual visits from any time zone, records that travel with you, pre-travel planning for where you are going, and a physician who will call whoever is treating you elsewhere.

How quickly can I be seen?

Same day or next day is the normal case. And a good share of what would otherwise be an appointment gets resolved by text with the physician who knows your history.

Can my spouse join?

Yes, and many members do it as a couple. Ask about couple membership on the first call.

What if I only need you twice a year?

That is common, and membership is not a visit allowance. You are paying for access and continuity. If you are well and want minimal contact, you can use your membership that way.
