Labs at home, and diagnostics in our office
Blood draws can be done at your home, so labs do not cost you a morning. EKGs, urine testing, and standard and advanced lab panels are run through our own office rather than sending you somewhere else and waiting.

Who this is for
Who this helps
- Routine monitoring that keeps costing you a morning.
- You travel and lab timing is hard to fit around your schedule.
- You want results explained rather than posted to a portal.
- You have a condition that needs monitoring every few months.
- Mobility makes getting to a lab genuinely difficult.
What it involves
How this works
Home blood draws
For routine monitoring and for anything we order. Particularly worth it for members who travel or work.
EKG and urine testing in-office
We run these tests in our office. Your physician reads them and goes through the results with you at the visit, so you are not sent elsewhere to wait.
Advanced panels ordered in-house
Including advanced lipid and cardiovascular testing, without sending you out to arrange it yourself.
Your physician explains your results
You hear what a result means from your physician. A number in a portal with no context is how people spend a weekend frightened for no reason.

Exactly what is different at Naples Concierge Health
| The usual experience | What we do |
|---|---|
| A referral, a drive, and a wait. | A blood draw at your home. |
| An EKG means another appointment somewhere else. | Done in our office, read here. |
| A number appears in a portal at 9pm on Friday. | Your physician tells you what it means. |
| Following up on a result that has not come back is left to you. | Chasing a result that has not come back is our job. |
| You have to arrange advanced panels yourself. | Ordered in-house alongside the rest. |
In more detail
What you should know
Why a number without context is not an answer
With automated release, people routinely see an abnormal number before anyone has looked at it. It often arrives on a Friday evening, with no context and no way to ask a question until Monday.
Your physician tells you what the result means for you, whether it has changed since last time, and what happens next. Trend matters more than any single value, and a trend is something only a person who knows your history can see.
What a home blood draw looks like
A phlebotomist comes to you at a time that works for you, and it takes a few minutes. For routine monitoring, for anything we have ordered, and particularly for members who travel or work.
Home draws matter most for people with a condition that needs regular bloodwork. The trip to a lab is one of the more common reasons monitoring quietly stops.
Questions
What people ask
Are labs included in membership?
The draw, the ordering, and the conversation about results are part of your care. The lab's own fee is usually billed to your insurance.
Do you have point-of-care ultrasound?
Not currently. It is something we are considering.
How quickly do I get results?
You hear from us about routine bloodwork rather than having to check. Anything urgent gets a call, not a message.
Can you draw labs another doctor ordered?
Usually yes. It is the sort of coordination that should be simple and often is not.
Do I need to fast?
Depends on the panel, and we will tell you clearly beforehand. Several tests people assume require fasting no longer do.
