What we treat
Inflammation, osteoarthritis and autoimmune conditions
We manage osteoarthritis, gout and fibromyalgia directly, and we co-manage rheumatoid arthritis and other autoimmune conditions with rheumatology. Pain is treated as part of whole-person care rather than in isolation.

Common situations
What people bring us
- Pain managed by prescription alone, with nothing else offered.
- A rheumatologist and a primary doctor whose plans do not line up.
- Being told that joint pain is just age.
How we approach it
What your care includes
We look for what is driving the joint pain
Wear, autoimmune disease, gout, metabolic factors and sleep all produce joint pain and are treated very differently.
We keep your rheumatologist in the loop
Keep your rheumatologist. Making sure their plan and ours agree, and that records are sent, is our job.
Movement and nutrition as treatment
Both change inflammatory pain meaningfully, and both are more useful when the person advising you can see your labs.
When to come in
If joint pain is limiting what you do, or you are on long-term anti-inflammatories and want the consequences monitored.
Questions
What people ask about inflammation and arthritis
Do you manage chronic pain?
We treat pain as part of whole-person primary care, and we do prescribe pain medication where it is appropriate. We are not a pain clinic and we do not do chronic pain contracts or standalone long-term controlled-substance management.
