What we treat

Allergies, asthma and chronic airway problems

We manage chronic allergies, asthma and COPD as your primary practice. That means controlling symptoms, reviewing inhaler technique and medication, and looking for the trigger rather than treating each flare as it comes.

Common situations

What people bring us

  • Years on the same allergy medication without anyone asking whether it still works.
  • Inhaler technique that has never been checked. Poor technique is a very common reason inhalers do not work.
  • Symptoms treated as they flare, with no plan between flares.

How we approach it

What your care includes

01

We look for the trigger

Seasonal, environmental, occupational or reflux-driven. Southwest Florida has its own pattern and it is worth knowing yours.

02

We watch you use the inhaler

A great deal of 'this medication does not work' turns out to be technique, or a device that does not suit you.

03

A plan for the bad days

We write it down, so you know what to do at home before it becomes an urgent care visit.

When to come in

If your symptoms are limiting what you do, or you have been on the same regimen for years without review.
