Non-urgent clinical questions should be emailed to medicalassistant@naplesconciergehealth.com.

For urgent matters, please call our office at (239) 690-6286.

For non-urgent questions, you can text our office (239) 690-6286 or email coordinator@naplesconciergehealth.com.

What is the best way to contact my doctor?

If you have a specific medical question that needs to be addressed, you can email your doctor directly and expect a response within a day. In case of an emergency, please call your doctor after calling 911.

Where do I park?
We have covered assigned parking in the front and back of the building that is labeled with the NCH sign.

What do I do if my primary doctor is out of office?

Rarely will your primary doctor be out of the office. However, when this occurs, you will receive an email ahead of time with who to contact in their absence. A physician from Naples Concierge Health will always be available to support.

How do I refer someone?

If you would like to refer someone we request that you email or text your doctor with your referral copied (cc’d) on the message, so that we can make a personal connection with them and ensure that they are placed at our highest priority.
